We need to be able to keep track of all the offers received on property and display them in an orde rthat allows us to see the history of bids
It should alert underbidders when a higher offer is received.
it should confirm that the owner is informed of the offer.
in hte future it will display offers online if hte owner is agreeable.
Bidders will be able to log in and see the process and their place in it.
